Shepherds hut for sale

We are selling one of our lovely shepherds huts, hand built by a local hut manufacturer in 2020. It has been successfully rented out each year and even got AirBnB Superhost status.

 

It's built on a steel chassis, inside there is a built in double bed, kitchenette with butler sink and 2 ring hob, plus it also has a little log burner. It stays dry over winter and has stood up well through recent bad weather.

 

There is also a separate bathroom hut available with large shower and currently a compost toilet but this could be changed to a flushing toilet if you wanted to, see photos.

 

The price of the shepherds hut is £14500, the toilet hut is £7500, the hut can be sold separately if you don't need the bathroom. Viewings by arrangement, any questions just ask.

 

Collection from near Newton Abbot, we can arrange delivery if needed but the buyer will need to pay for the cost of this.
